Virulence-Frost DW PVE

Virulence, the spell hit talent in the unholy tree got changed, and now it increases disease damage by 10/20/30, should i get this for frost dw pve?

and if i get it, what points should i take out for it? i only have like 2 points after getting my core talents also

Your spec looks like a half-assed PvP spec.
Why do you have chillbains, hungering cold, and lichbourne?
If you're going to pull any points out, it should be from those talents.

chillbains=had no other place to put a extra talent
hungering cold=you need that to get howling blast, and helps with soloing
lichborne=if i use it i can use death coil to heal myself

Litchborne and chillblaines -> improved blood tap = more oblits = win
personally i like my spec, though i could see putting the point in luchbourne into w/e, it was just an extra pt.
