Death Knight questions

-Two handed frost running in unholy pressence intended?, theory crafting has been done showing that you need it to use your might of the frozen wastes procs.

-Icy touch not being up to par with howling blast meaning as a frost death knight you loose dps on single target when there are multiple mobs, as to not break cc with your rime procs

-ps up with 2h frost down with unholy dw!
thanks

more of a is it working as intended? than straight up question
Not really question, but I'll try to answer them as best I can.

2H Frost uses Unholy presence, as you said, for MotFW and for how much it values haste. It's intended, because of the way DW vs Unholy reaches the GCD cap.

I don't understand how you think Howling Blast loses single target DPS. Are you glyphing it so it applies Frost Fever?

I don't think DW Unholy will make it through Cata. I think it's probably going to get nerfed. The PPM on Sudden Doom in a DW spec is disgusting; it's so far above anything else DKs can do right now. It needs to be balanced, but time will tell how.

Sorry if I didn't answer anything how you wanted, I couldn't really get what you were trying to ask.
Yes, working as intended.

Yes, working as intended.
To be more clear with the icy touch / howling blast howling blast is indeed more single target and aoe dps, but it will break cc on any close mobs leading to having to use icy touch at a realitivly large dps loss.

yes glyphing for frost fever
The range of Howling Blast's AoE is only 10 yards. Any competent tank should know to pull the non-CC'd mobs at least that far away. So yes, you should be using Howling Blast instead of Icy Touch in most situations.

I don't understand why people don't get how CC works. You never attack mobs near CC'd targets. That's just asking for trouble, and generally stupid. The tank pulls the free mobs away from the CC'd ones. If he isn't doing that then he's a fail tank.
Fail tanks are most likely inevitable, but ohwell won't matter in raids.
