All the time.
I'm really not sure how you could play a single bg match as frost spec and not see it proccing left and right.
Edit: Love the name, but shouldn't you be getting stabbed to death in a bathtub by your wife and her lover, because she's still pretty sore about you sacfricing her daughter to the god's for victory in the trojan war and then taking off for 10 years?
