White hit cap, or stop at yellow?

What should i be going for? Should i hit the yellow hit cap and stop there or should i go for white hit cap aswell?

Edit: For frost dw pve, that is.
special hit cap vs lvl87 for heroics or vs lvl88 for raids. more than that is still a dps increase but less than all other dps stats.

Using 3/3 Nerves of cold steel, that means 5% off gear (600hit)@85 is the raid aim

mouseover of special hit on your char sheet ingame will tell you where your at including talents
Yeah just hit 5% hit with Nerves of Steel and you will be good. If you try to hit the white hit cap you will over do it and lose to much else where.
