100% = faster than 75% therefore kiteable if outside of desecration. I'm not too bummed about the nerf and i can see how it may work if they're also slowed by desecration but still it doesn't quite make sense. I'd rather not have it at all than have a watered down version of it. /rerolls
I'd like them to get rid of it. I was fine without it, our ranged dps was in working order, maybe a tad bit op, idk if when compared to warriors I win button. Reminds me of the old reck bomb days..except you just have to make a macro..meh.
