is it 8%? and if any pro Blood Tanks out there could take a look over my gear and see if anything needs reforging or what not let me know thanks.
Taking a glance over your stats, i would say you're way over the expertise cap. I believe the number needed is 26. As for the hit cap, i would get it as close as you can to the 8%. Although you can be short a little bit for the cap (at least i am) the more the merrier.
My suggestions on reforging
Helm - Reforge the parry into mastery
Cloak - The dodge can be reforged into hit, parry, or whatever is needed.
Boots - Parry can be reforged to what is needed
Gear is looking very nice altogether!
