Has there been number crunching for 2h vs dw

Has anyone done the number crunching for 2h vs dw.

I want to know what the optimum is.
Optimum at 85 in BiS heroic mode gear is DW UH. at ~5% more than 2h UH and DW Frost
Before then DW Frost and 2H UH are basically equal.
Frost 2h is 10% behind 2hUH and DW Frost.
