[:1]Why does Blood seem to have the worst off-spec options of all tanks?
Frost is pretty much an entire waste for Blood. I guess you could make an argument for Lichborne healing, but as Blood that's not exactly efficient, plus there's really nothing else of significant value gained by getting to Licheborne. Endless Winter is marginally useful at best.
In Unholy we get a shorter CD on DG and higher damage output from DnD, which are OK talents for a Blood tank, but nothing stellar.
Seems like we get rather shafted in comparison to other tanks. Bears, Protadins, and Prot Warriors all seem to have pretty nice off-spec talents; not much choice perhaps, but their off-spec talents seem much more useful to tanking than the large majority of what Blood DKs can access.
Then again we don't really have a lot of choices either. Self-heal CD or more AoE dmg.
yea the first tier talents in frost/unholy for main speccing blood seem lack luster
